In 1983, after having gained experience in all areas of his trade, from welder to director of projects, Mr. Yvan Frappier started his own business, under the name Écorceur DB inc. As time went on, the business grew, from installing debarkers to being a multi-functional contractor. The company’s name was then changed to Constructions EDB Inc.
It became the only company to offer industries such a wide range of services under one roof. In 1989, our marketing approach with clients won us a finalist position in the prestigious business awards competition Les Mercuriades, organized by the Quebec Chamber of Commerce.
